Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated self-starter and an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring that every customer has a memorable shopping experience. 35-40 hours per week.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, boutique standings, and providing regular updates to the boutique owner.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, orders, and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• A passion for fashion and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale interactions and retail management
