Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you purchase from Blessings & Butterflies STYLEHOUSE! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Eligible returns may receive in-store credit or an exchange. We do not offer cash or credit-card refunds.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for an in-store credit or exchange, merchandise must:
- Be returned within 7 days of purchase
- Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of stains, makeup, pet hair, odors, or other signs of wear
- Include the original packaging when applicable
- Be accompanied by a receipt or other valid proof of purchase
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Final Sale — Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance merchandise
- Custom or personalized items
Damaged or Used Merchandise
Items that are returned damaged, worn, altered, stained, or otherwise not in their original condition may not be eligible for an in-store credit or exchange.
If an item is damaged or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Online or Shipped Returns
If you need to return an eligible online purchase by mail, please contact us before shipping your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received incorrectly or was defective due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance when returning merchandise. Blessings & Butterflies STYLEHOUSE is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while being returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, your in-store credit or exchange will be processed according to the return guidelines above.
